The participants in colorful flower-inspired costumes and native Ifugao garb will perform ethnic dances and create unique artistry that only the people of Baguio can offer. The Flower Parade will start at 8am but it is advised for spectators to arrive earlier so they can secure a comfortable and photo-perfect spot. The parade will start at the Panagbenga Park and end at the Baguio Athletic Bowl.On Feb 26, the much awaited Grand Float Parade is set to amaze cityfolk and tourists alike with the beautifully crafted floats festooned with flowers and imaginative themes. With the showcase of artistry and the different flowers, this parade will exemplify what Panagbenga is all about, that it really is a "season of blooming". The float parade will replicate the previous day´s route Baguio Athletic Bowl and will also begin at 8 in the morning.Make sure to wear comfortable clothes and a light jacket to keep you warm for what is expected to be a breezy weekend in the City of Pines.
